The Good Family Mod is a single-player narrative simulation centered on managing the trust dynamics and secrets of a modern, multi-generational household. The gameplay loop revolves around a multi-layered choice system where player decisions alter long-term character trust values and unlock specific narrative branches. Version 0.04 contains twenty unique characters, each with hidden variables governing their reactions to player interactions. The core mechanic requires decoding subtle social cues and managing limited emotional resources to stabilize family relationships over extended in-game time spans.
What This Mod Unlocks
- Full game narrative unlocked, bypassing standard progression gates
- All character story arcs accessible from initial load
- Restricted scenes and dialogue branches available without trust grinding
- Ported PC build functionality enabled for Android execution
Activation Note
The mod applies baseline unlocks automatically on launch. Access all character arcs by navigating to the relationship menu and selecting any locked character portrait; the trust threshold check is bypassed, allowing immediate entry into advanced dialogue trees and restricted events.

Known Edge Cases
- Clearing app data resets all mod-unlocked progression, forcing a restart from the prologue.
- Fast-forwarding through unlocked scenes may cause dialogue variable desync, resulting in characters referencing events that have not occurred in the current save state.
- Due to the PC port architecture, devices with less than 4 GB RAM may experience crashes during asset-heavy sequences.
